National Energy Services Limited Vacancy 3 Job Context National Energy Services Limited (NESL) a company incorporated in Bangladesh provides a wide range of services for employment of National and Expatriate personnel to Oil & Gas, Telecommunication, Power and Construction sectors in Bangladesh. One of our prospective clients working in infrastructure projects in Bangladesh is looking for personnel for the above mentioned position. Job Responsibilities Follow IT department guidelines and procedures related to computer setup, software installation and general; Install and remove software, hardware or equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cable, operating systems and appropriate software; Maintain record of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial action taken, and installation activities, thoroughly document issues and resolution; Read technical manuals, confer with users, and conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems and to provide technical assistance and support; Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service; Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications Employment Status Full-time, Contractual Educational Requirements B. Sc or Diploma in Computer Science or related fields. Experience Requirements 1 to 2 year(s) Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
