Job Responsibilities
- To maintain cash book & ledger book independently
- To prepare all types of vouchers
- To check all kinds of bills, vouchers and invoices
- To perform on Audit, Tax and VAT calculation and related issues
- To oversee the procurement of good & services
- Experience with specialized software (Tally ERP9/ Access/Power Point/Excel/Words/E-mail browsing) is required
- To preserve and handle the cash and bank transaction of the Project Office
- To monitor and distribution the cash payment among the field workers
- To prepare daily cash denomination and bank closing statement
- Independently able to fill-up and prepared the PFR of the donor funded project
- Periodical fund liquidation and adjustment of donors
- Preparation of Fund and Bank reconciliation statement
- Prepare the project budget and its realignment
- Able to handle the project audit/spot check
- Fixed assets & Inventory Management
- Management of Project store and maintain stock, files, fixed assets and any other registers as required
- To prepare quarterly, monthly money requisition for Project Office
- To ensure payment of approved bills
- To prepare monthly Receipt and Payment Statement and other statements as required by the accounts section of NGO Forum Central Office
- To assist to prepare and preserve of all correspondence and respective documents, files, reports confidentially
- Any other works assigned by the NGO Forum Management

Educational Requirements
- M.Com/MBA in Accounting / Finance / ACCA. CA CC /ICMA part qualified preferable.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Development Agency, NGO
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 30 years
- Academic and/or work experience related to the field of Internal Audit, Finance & Accounts
- The position will have the responsibility for tracking the budget with the operational lines and services compliance
- Knowledge of international humanitarian standards and codes of conduct
- Expertise to handle the UN funded project like UNHCR, IOM, DFID, UNICEF etc.
- Strong team management, staff capacity building and motivation skills in teamwork and networking
- Strong analytical skills: secondary/primary data analysis
- Sound knowledge on Book-keeping, recording in cash book, ledger book, preparing the financial and accounts statements and HR & Admin is essential.
- Knowledge on NGO Affairs Bureau and its procedures
- Qualitative data analysis and compilation skill
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
